Core Responsibilities :
Assist with solving people operations Zendesk tickets and processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees.
Support benefits administration, including enrollment, troubleshooting issues, and employee inquiries.
Partner with recruiters to facilitate smooth hiring and onboarding experiences.
Help implement employee engagement programs, such as recognition initiatives and wellness activities.
Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and improve efficiency.
Assist in implementing and optimizing HR tools, workflows, and reporting systems.
Track key HR metrics and generate reports to support decision-making.
Qualifications :
1-3 years of experience in HR, people operations, or a related field, preferred but not required
Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and best practices preferred but not required
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems preferred but not required.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
A proactive and adaptable mindset with a passion for employee experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets).
