The Sales Success Manager plays a critical role in supporting the sales team and optimizing sales processes to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. This role involves overseeing various aspects of sales operations, data analysis, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of the sales department. The Sales Success Manager will have the opportunity to work closely with sales leaders to drive strategic initiatives that will have a large impact on the success and growth of our sales program.

Core Responsibilities

You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with sales leaders to drive strategic initiatives that will have a large impact on the success and growth of our sales program. Below are some of the core responsibilities of this role :

Top Priority : Act as the main point of contact for a group of a minimum of 300 sales reps to provide day-to-day support and problem solving.

This will cross over areas of :

  • Technology support
  • Housing Support
  • Payroll Support
  • Data Analysis

Respond to incoming messages across zendesk, slack, messages, phone calls.

Help provide thorough documentation of all sales ops processes and regularly update documentation as processes change

Understand compensation model to answer questions and help drive strategic changes to the way that we pay our sales reps

Lead / track initiatives that cross multiple teams and help achieve a successful outcome by understanding all business needs

Assist in managing the technology stack that we use to support our sales force

Assist in researching permitting requirements in geographical areas to ensure that each sales rep is operating legally

Assist in market research to determine which geographical regions are best targeted to support our growth goals

Assist in providing detailed communication to all sales reps across varying levels of leadership

Researching new technologies to help solve problems and automate solutions in our sales ops processes

Qualifications

Customer-Service Attitude - you love to help and serve others and can make them feel like a million bucks as you do it. You always find a way to say yes to solve a problem, even helping them find a solution they hadn’t thought of themselves.

Adaptable : you are extremely flexible with how you spend your time and are okay with many incoming needs from your customers.

Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets : you love pivot tables and v-lookups and are very capable of using data to tell a story. You will need intermediate to advanced skills with these tools.

Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn

Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in a managerial role.
