Talent Specialist

Moxie Pest Control in Salt Lake City, Utah is looking for an outgoing, coachable, fast learner who can assist our Talent Acquisition in helping our team grow! Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will recruit future employees by conducting phone and video interviews. We are growing fast and would like for YOU to be the leading voice of Moxie.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct phone interviews for a variety of positions in the company
• Identify, research, and implement recruiting techniques
• Schedule and follow up with interviews
• Maintain and update the applicant database and required documentation
• Update candidates on the status of their applications throughout the process
• Ensure hiring goals are met

• Ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, and follow-up on all interviews
