Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager / Business Development professionalto join with expertise in plastics industry – particularly structural and rigid foam markets – to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-driven individual with strong business development skills, market research capabilities, and track record of driving sales growth. This role requires experience in Cold calling, market research, international plastic markets, and identifying new business opportunities.
The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding our client base, developing market strategies, and representing our company’s cutting-edge foam injection molding technology. The candidate should have a solid background in sales and marketing of new products, particularly within the plastics industry, and be comfortable working in a hybrid setup (on-site and remote).

Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Representative, or Market Development professional in the plastics industry (preferably structural foam).
· Strong background in sales and marketing of new products within plastics manufacturing.
· Experience with cold calling, market research, and lead generation.
· Familiarity with international plastics markets and global business trends.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Highly motivated, target-driven, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic market research and cold outreach.
· Develop and execute sales and market development strategies focused on growing Moxietec’s presence.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth.
· Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective clients.
· Conduct in-depth market research on industry trends, competition, and customer needs.
· Develop insights into international plastic markets to support business expansion.
· Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with engineering, R&D, and production capabilities.
· Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on Moxietec’s technologies.
· Negotiate and close deals while handling client objections and concerns.
· Track and analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize success.
