The Role
We are seeking a self-motivated technical lead to drive the full software development lifecycle—from understanding key business objectives to designing, building, testing, and maintaining high-performance, highly available systems. Our business has scaled rapidly by leveraging third-party technology to create engaging consumer experiences and power a competitive advertiser marketplace, reaching hundreds of thousands of daily consumers and driving revenue through targeted advertising. Now, we are laser-focused on establishing a competitive edge through our proprietary martech and adtech platform, with an emphasis on CMS, analytics, and ad serving capabilities. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our platform, tackling complex challenges, mentoring developers, fostering innovation, and driving the adoption of emergent technologies—including AI. Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership : As a technical leader you will drive innovation, lead decisions, and shape the future direction of our proprietary platform.
- Hands-on Development : Lead and participate in development activities, fostering a team environment of knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Collaboration : Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including the CTO, CPO, and other leaders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Provide subject matter expertise on business rules and processes of the system.
- Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to engineers, fostering a collaborative team environment for knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Innovation : Continuously improve the system by researching and implementing the latest technologies and best practices.
- Strategy & Road Mapping : Take a creative and innovative approach to tackle complex technical challenges. Grasp business strategy and objectives to ensure features are appropriately scoped.
