Calling all HVAC enthusiasts! Moyer Total Indoor Comfort in Kutztown, PA is seeking an exceptional HVAC Service Technician to join our team full-time and be part of an exciting mission to create the perfect indoor climate for every home and family. As a heating and cooling expert, you will work Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, with some seasonal overtime available. There is also an on-call rotation for emergency service. PAY & BENEFITS FOR AN HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN
This heating and cooling position earns a competitive wage of $24 - $42/hour based on experience, plus bonuses on sales and maintenance plans sold. You will also receive excellent benefits, including 100%-paid medical for the employee, dental options, an IRA (coming soon), paid time off (PTO), and paid holidays. We also provide our HVAC Service technician with a company vehicle and company-provided shirts.
THE TYPE OF HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for an experienced heating and cooling specialist who can diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and expertly propose indoor air quality solutions. We also need someone who meets these qualifications:
- Experience as an HVAC service technician
- EPA section 608 certification for refrigerant
- Driver's license and a good driving record
Possessing these traits would also be ideal:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Enthusiastic attitude
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
