JOB SUMMARY : 401(k) Trading Coordinator
The 401(k) Trading Coordinator is responsible for performing daily, weekly, and monthly trading desk tasks with accuracy and timeliness for the 401(k) plan administration team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : 401(k) Trading Coordinator
- Review Prior Day Trades for Daily Settlement and resolve any trade discrepancies.
- Review Position Reports and resolve any outages.
- Review and Post Dividends.
- Request, track, and update Deposits for plan contributions.
- Review Participant Web Trades.
- Create, Send and Confirm trade export files.
- Review, process, and request plan fees on a quarterly and monthly basis.
- Review, process, and request revenue sharing credits on a quarterly and monthly basis.
- Process Fund Changes and Additions.
- Maintain plan termination processes and procedure.
- Meet multiple daily trading deadlines.
- Assist with other various projects as needed.
