JOB SUMMARY : Senior Onboarding Retirement Account Manager
MP's client is currently seeking a Senior Onboarding Retirement Account Manager for their New Business Department. Their New Business Department establishes new clients. This position is fully remote and reports to the Director of New Business.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Senior Onboarding Retirement Account Manager
- Primary contact for plan sponsors, prior providers, advisors and TPAs
- Responds to client inquires within state service standards
- Maintains a working knowledge of qualified plan regulations and procedures
- Provides plan design assistance, coordinates plan design studies with Compliance Analyst and Client
- Timely escalates inquiries or issues to the appropriate parties when necessary
- Manages the completion of implementation work within stated service standards
- Establishes and manages blackout periods and transfer of assets
- Reviews conversion data into Relius Administration
- Conducts website / payroll training with client
- Ensures all required new business documentation is saved to network according to department standards
