Responsibilities

- Identify and target potential business clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.

- Qualify leads and generate sales opportunities by engaging with prospects and understanding their telecom needs.
Follow-Up and Relationship Management:
- Proactively follow up with leads and customers to move them through the sales pipeline and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide post-sale support, ensuring that customers are satisfied and their needs are met with ongoing telecom solutions.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Work closely with the customer support and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and resolution of any issues for customers.
- Share customer feedback and market insights with relevant teams to help improve products and services.
Product and Market Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the telecom industry, as well as the company’s product offerings.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of telecom services to better address customer needs and provide accurate recommendations.
- Participate in product training sessions and sales meetings to stay informed on new features and services.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management on lead status, opportunities, and closing projections.
- Document customer requirements and feedback to ensure smooth communication across teams.
Customer Retention and Upselling:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional telecom services or upgrades to existing clients.
- Work with customers to ensure they are fully utilizing the products and services purchased, offering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure adherence to company sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and prospects.
