WHO YOU ARE:
An HR Leader that has experience with employee engagement, performance management, process improvement, recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, compliance and training as well as a strategic thought leader.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Develop and maintain the recruiting process and execution of searches
- Partner with 3rd party resources as needed, assist with candidate evaluation.
- Partner with hiring managers to coordinate and maximize recruiting results – both speed and quality of hires.
- Lead the internship program and continue development of relationships with partner Universities.
- Utilize tools to measure employee engagement and satisfaction to improve workplace practices.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Lead employee program development including Wellness, Culture Clubs, and Company events.
- Learn current HR systems and processes and maximize their effectiveness.
- Coach and counsel across all levels of management to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Support a culture of workplace safety, facilitate training, and maintain reporting records.
- Manage the company compensation program, maintaining structures and evaluating competitive pay practices.
- Negotiate group health coverage and rates with insurers.
- Oversee the administration of the company’s retirement savings plan.
- Overall management of compensation, payroll and benefit programs and processes.
- Implement HR programs to support the growth of the company.
- Develop strategies for retention of staff.
- Work with management team to identify needed staffing levels and timing.
- Understand and comply with all labor and employment laws.
- Keep up to date on State and Federal employment laws.
- Develop and implement performance management tools.
- Provide leadership training and professional development.
- Develop HR related training and education programs ensuring professional delivery consistently across the organization.
- Lead overall office management including staff planning, development and supporting staff meetings.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 7 years of Human Resources experience
- Minimum of 5 years of HR leadership / talent development experience.
- PHR, SPHR, and/or CPC, preferred.

- Compensation: $110-$125k annually
- Location: Greater Cincinnati, OH area
Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
