Employee Relations:
- Advise employees, management, and field HR on policies and procedures, and provide guidance on resolving employee relations issues.
- Conduct investigations (e.g., misconduct, harassment) and recommend resolutions.
- Foster a positive work environment and collaborate with leadership to enhance employee engagement.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Development to implement programs for employee skill growth and career development.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in areas like drug/background screening, E-Verify, and compliance programs.
- Stay current on HR best practices, labor laws, and emerging trends, sharing insights with HR teams and leadership.
- Design and deliver training on HR policies, risk, and compliance.
- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to policies and legal requirements.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives that support global HR strategies and process improvements.
- Collaborate with HRIS and Talent Acquisition to track and analyze key HR metrics.
- Provide strategic HR support to corporate functions, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
- Work with leaders to address staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and professional development within corporate functions.

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 8 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on supporting multiple business units
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Advanced communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills; comfortable facilitating group meetings with all levels of the organization
- Experience in design and implementation of training programs
- Ability to accurately diagnose organizational needs and use political awareness to gain support through the development of a clear strategy and goals
- Track record of creating and executing effective sourcing and onboarding strategies
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
- Ability to travel 20% of the time for division meetings and department conferences
