Key Responsibilities
- Manage departmental payroll
- Schedule and oversee staff
- Delegate inventory and EPASS reporting review & delegation
- Communicate with customers via Package AI (online chat), email, and phone
- Elevate customer experience through effective communication and staff management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent technical certifications/substantial experience in technical service leadership
- At least 5 years of experience in management roles within the service industry
- Proven experience in project management, training development, and technical systems implementation
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to lead high-performance technical teams
