Position Summary:
We’re seeking a strategic, execution-focused leader to drive operational excellence and business growth. This role requires a unique mix of strategic thinking, hands-on project execution, cross-functional leadership, and data-driven decision making. Ideal candidates are resourceful, systems-savvy, and thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive strategic planning and lead execution of high-priority initiatives across the company

Analyze data to identify opportunities, inform decisions, and track performance

Manage company scorecard (rocks) and ensure alignment across departments

Serve as a thought partner to the CEO & executive team, providing insights and recommendations

Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution

Prepare internal and external presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries, including the materials for the weekly investor meetings

Identify and unblock operational inefficiencies or risks
-
Background with Coda a plus but not required
Qualifications:
Education & Background
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred

5 years of progressive operations or strategicproject experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Operational Excellence

Proven track record scaling processes, systems and teams in a highgrowth environment

Deep comfort with datadriven decisionmaking: defining and tracking KPIs, dashboards and forecasts

Handson expertise with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Coda, Trello, or equivalent)
Strategic & Analytical Skills

Exceptional analytical aptitude—able to break down complex problems, build models, and present clear recommendations

Experience owning P&L, budgeting, forecasting and costcontrol initiatives
Leadership & Communication

Outstanding verbal and written communication; able to liaise between Csuite, board and frontline teams

High emotional intelligence, discretion and “righthand” mindset—trusted to handle confidential and sensitive matters

Demonstrated success leading crossfunctional teams to deliver missioncritical projects on time
Adaptability & Culture Fit

Thrives in ambiguous, fastmoving startups or scaleups—resourceful, selfstarter, comfortable wearing many hats

Experience implementing or operating within an EOS/L10 framework a plus

Strong coach/mentor instincts; proven ability to recruit, train and retain top talent
Technical & Systems Savvy

Quick learner of new platforms and systems (CRM, ERP, reporting tools—HubSpot experience a bonus)

Familiarity with basic financial systems, operational workflows and vendor management
Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation Package: Robust base salary performance-based bonuses (OTE: $150,000-$160,000)
