Insurance Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Insurance Manager to lead our insurance team and oversee the administration of insurance policies and programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a deep understanding of insurance sales processes. This role requires effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to manage client relationships and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the insurance department, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
• Analyze insurance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in insurance sales.
• Provide training and support to staff on insurance products, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Communicate effectively with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Oversee telemarketing efforts to generate leads and expand the customer base.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in insurance management or a related field.
• Strong background in sales administration with a focus on retail sales or insurance sales.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proficient in analyzing data and generating reports to inform decision-making.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,201.00 - $118,371.00 per year
