Job Description:
We are seeking a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. As a key member of the Eau Palm Beach team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort. The Room Attendant will clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints, while ensuring the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
This position is an AM position, and all candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights. We have a full-time position available.
Essential Qualifications:
- Prior experience in cleaning hotel guest rooms.
- Prior guest relations training.
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
- Fluency in English. Secondary language (preferably Spanish or Creole).
- High school graduate or equivalent vocational training.
