What are the responsibilities and job description for the Returns Specialist position at MPB?
Day to day this role will include :
- Checking items' functionality, cosmetic condition, and attributes.
- Noting faults and reasons for adjustments and observations, keeping communication clear and precise for other departments.
- Photographing items if needed.
- Labelling purchased items for put-away in the stockroom
- Sending items for repairs, communicating with service providers, and maintaining the repair board up-to-date
- Processing of failed deliveries
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Previous warehouse experience or technically oriented role.
- A comprehensive knowledge of various camera equipment.
- Proficiency in handling stock and hands-on experience with gear.
- Willingness to consistently meet daily targets.
- Punctuality in adhering to work schedules.
- Competence in maintaining a tidy and organised workplace.
- Effective communication skills for team coordination and reporting.
- Attention to detail to ensure the correct gear grading.
