About the Role:
We're seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of 15–30 hourly employees within a fast-paced, unionized manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll drive productivity, safety, and performance while building a positive and high-functioning workplace culture. It will be 1st and 2nd shift position.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and support daily warehouse operations and employees
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to align goals and expectations
- Track time and attendance using Kronos or similar systems
- Enforce company policies and union agreements
- Monitor and coach performance, including disciplinary action when needed
- Lead weekly safety audits and maintain compliance standards
- Use MS Office Suite to generate reports and maintain documentation
- Apply problem-solving tools (A-3 method) to improve processes
What We’re Looking For:
- 10 years of warehouse or manufacturing leadership experience
- Strong union experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Skilled in performance coaching and people management
- Experience with timekeeping systems (e.g., Kronos)
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
