Ohio Valley 2-Way Radio serves customers in a wide variety of businesses and industries including Public Safety, Construction, Manufacturing, Education, Medical, etc. With the ever expanding Motorola product line the possibilities are endless and Ohio Valley 2-Way Radio is here to assist our customers in continuing to meet their communications needs.
Customer Service Representatives (CSR) help customers with product information and services, take orders, and process returns. The CSR will manage customer queries and complaints and process orders, make modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role the CSR will need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicate with customers through various channels including phone and email
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
- Know products inside and out in order to answer questions
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience and expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written, oral and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in over the phone customer service.
- Experience with customer relationship management software and enterprise resource planning software.
