What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR - Customer Service Representative position at United Auto Glass?
The Customer Service Representative will perform a variety of functions to assist customers who contact the company via phone, e-mail, fax, or in-person. The majority of these functions are sales-related including providing quotes, processing work orders, scheduling installations and estimates, and completing invoices. In this position, other office functions including ordering and tracking supplies and organizing sales files.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Perform a wide variety of office sales and administrative tasks including but not limited to the following:
· Deliver a consistent and high-level of customer service to all United Auto Glass customers.
· Answer the phone professionally and assist those customers promptly.
· Assist walk-in customers with questions, service requests, and product/service selection for auto products in a polite and professional manner.
· Schedule installation appointments for technicians.
· Provide sales support by making follow-up sales calls, collecting deposits, ordering materials, and answering customer questions.
· Respond to phone, email and internet inquiries via professional, written and verbal communication.
· Maintain a clean and professional customer showroom.
· Other duties as assigned
