Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Service Advisor to support our team and help deliver a great experience for every customer. This is an introductory-level position working directly under the shop manager, ideal for someone with customer service experience and basic automotive knowledge who’s ready to grow in the industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and listen to their concerns about their vehicles
- Help explain basic services and schedule appointments
- Communicate customer concerns to the manager and technician team
- Keep customers updated during the repair process
- Assist with estimates, invoices, and light administrative work
- Learn how to explain repairs and maintenance recommendations
- Help keep the front of the shop organized and running smoothly
What You Need:
- Customer service experience (retail, call center, hospitality, etc.)
- Basic automotive knowledge (can be from school, past jobs, or personal experience)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable, organized, and eager to learn
- Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
