Job Description:
Minimum skills and expertise
- 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in groups responsible for technical services for hardware/software engineering, and production support.
- 2 years with Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems (XP & 7), Microsoft Office 2010 Suite.
- Familiar with TCP/IP, LAN/WAN and multiplatform environments.
- Strong technical knowledge and aptitude in the areas of networks, network topologies, PC workstations (configuration and connectivity), network file servers, applicable software and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Experience troubleshooting network printers is highly desired.
- Ability to recognize network server problems or network infrastructure issues.
- Good knowledge of the business environment, IS infrastructure including software development, computer operations, network operations and telecommunications.
- Candidate must have a vehicle and be available to travel between multiple Client sites as required.
