Responsibilities

As our Accounting Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our financial operations—leading, strategizing, and optimizing processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You’ll own the numbers, lead a dynamic team, and collaborate with leaders across the organization to drive financial success.

💡 What You’ll Do:

✅ Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll 

✅ Lead the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance 📆

✅ Manage financial consolidations across multiple entities and oversee intercompany transactions 

✅ Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to provide data-driven insights 

✅ Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial integrity 🔐

✅ Partner with finance, operations, and leadership to support strategic planning 

✅ Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and financial reporting 

✅ Foster a culture of growth and continuous improvement within the accounting team 🌱

✅ Drive innovation by integrating technology and automation into accounting processes 

Qualifications

🎯 What You Bring to the Table

📚 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA HIGHLY preferred)📊 5 years of progressive accounting experience within the healthcare industry📈 Hands-on budgeting & financial modeling experience🔄 Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment
