π² Compensation:
π° $22 β $27 per hour, based on experience:
- Low Range: Entry-level experience with foundational skills.
- Mid Range: Solid experience with demonstrated proficiency.
- High Range: Extensive experience with a proven track record of success.
Pay will be evaluated based on experience, skills, and qualifications during the hiring process.

π Work Arrangement:
π₯οΈ Hybrid Role! The first 90 days will be in-office for training. After that, enjoy a flexible schedule with 2 days in the office & 3 days remote per week!

π What Youβll Be Doing:
β Accurately review, code, and input diagnoses & procedures using ICD-10 and procedure codes πβ Ensure coding compliance across multiple medical specialties π₯β Collaborate with billing teams to facilitate timely payments π°β Analyze and resolve insurance denials related to coding issues πβ Conduct audits & coding reviews to maintain the highest standards π―β Provide expert guidance to leadership and staff on coding best practices π’β Stay updated on industry regulations to ensure compliance βοΈβ Work in a high-volume coding & collections environment while maintaining quality π

Qualifications
π What You Bring to the Table:
π 5 years of medical coding experienceπ Certified coder (CPC, CCS, CCA, etc.) β preferred before hire ποΈπ 2 yearsβ experience coding for physicians or surgeonsπ Medical terminology & anatomy expertise π₯π Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word (Bonus: Advanced Excel knowledge! π)π Fast & accurate data entry skills β¨οΈπ Superior communication skills β written & verbal π£οΈβοΈπ Ability to work independently & in a team π€
