Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 5 years of experience driving HR operations, with a strong understanding of HR systems, benefits administration, and compliance.
· Experience managing contingent workforce processes, including offshore resources and third-party vendor relationships.
· Experience with UKG is highly preferred.
· Proficiency in HR technology, such as HRIS (e.g., UKG, Workday), ATS, and payroll systems.
· Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and vendors.
· Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including compliance requirements for contingent workers.
Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end processes for new hires and terminations, ensuring a seamless experience and compliance with company policies.
· Manage the onboarding, tracking, and offboarding of onshore and offshore contingent workers, including 1099 contractors and third-party vendor resources.
· Maintain and optimize HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, Performance); ensure data integrity across HR systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee and contractor records.
· Oversee and manage leave administration and paid time off programs, ensuring accurate tracking, compliance with company policies and labor laws, and timely communication with employees and managers.
· Oversee the timesheet submission and approval process for employees and contingent workers.
· Generate and pull reports from HR systems to provide actionable insights, track key metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, compliance), and support data-driven decision-making for leadership and HR initiatives.
· Create and manage workflows for HR processes, including approvals for employee changes, system updates, and compliance tasks.
· Serve as the primary contact for inquiries received via the HR inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses; escalate complex issues to the appropriate HR team member or department as needed.
· Oversee the development, maintenance, and enforcement of all company policies and procedures. Ensure the policies and procedures manual is up-to-date and compliant with applicable laws and regulations, implementing updates as needed to reflect changes in legal requirements or organizational practices.
· Manage compliance training programs (e.g., HIPAA, security awareness, etc.) and ensure all employees and contractors meet requirements.
· Process and track employee status changes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations, ensuring accurate records in HR systems.
· Oversee third-party vendor relationships, including contract management, service level agreements, and performance tracking.
· Act as a liaison with benefits broker and vendors to resolve employee inquiries and ensure timely updates; oversee benefits enrollment and communications.
· Lead or participate in HR-related special projects, such as system implementations, policy updates, or organizational change initiatives.
