- Outgoing Mail Pro: Prepare letters, packages, and documents with precision, ensuring everything is labeled and shipped on time.
- Stay Stocked: Keep the inventory of mailing supplies fully stocked and ready to go.
- Equipment Master: Operate and maintain mailroom tools like postage machines, scanners, and folding machines.
- Courier Coordination: Work with third-party couriers to handle pickups and deliveries.
- Organized & Clean: Maintain a tidy and efficient workspace to keep everything running seamlessly.
- Confidentiality Expert: Handle sensitive materials with the utmost discretion.
Qualifications
