- It involves offering leadership, direction, and mentorship to plant managers and their teams, ensuring the achievement of business outcomes
- A key responsibility of this position is to spearhead the formulation of a manufacturing strategy aimed at enhancing the segment's performance
- Additionally, this role is accountable for establishing links to the profit and loss statement to enhance revenue
- It will oversee the effective operation of several plants
