Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement effective quality management systems that align with industry standards and best practices.
- Lead and direct quality assurance teams to achieve process excellence and customer satisfaction goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality-related issues.
- Analyze data and metrics to inform quality improvement initiatives and measure progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in directing and supervising others.
- Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems and AIAG PPAP procedures.
- Certifications such as CQE, CQM, or Six Sigma preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
