Job Details

We are looking for a Tech Lead with expertise in JBPM (Java Business Process Management) and Spring Boot Microservices to drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade workflow automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in JBPM, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture.

Required Skills & Experience:

8 years of experience in Java development with a strong focus on Spring Boot & Microservices.

3 years of experience with JBPM/Kogito, including process modeling, deployment, and execution.

Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, RabbitMQ, and event-driven architectures.

Experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.

Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions etc.) for automated deployments.

Experience in monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).

Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in distributed microservices environments.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
