Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years of hands-on Workday Financials implementation, configuration, or support experience.
- Workday Modules: Proficiency in key Workday Financials modules such as General Ledger, Financial Accounting, Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Expenses, and Financial Reporting.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Workday security, calculated fields, reports, EIBs, and integrations.
- Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and best practices.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in an agile environment.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with finance teams, IT, and business leaders.
- Certifications (Preferred): Workday Financials certification is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
