We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant with expertise in Human Resources (HR) and Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workday solutions to support business needs in HR and Finance functions. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday modules, business processes, and system integrations to ensure seamless operations and enhanced efficiencies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in HR, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Workday Consultant, Business Analyst, or System Administrator.
- Strong expertise in Workday HCM and Workday Financials modules.
- Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, business processes, security, and reporting.
- Knowledge of Workday Studio, EIBs, and Workday Integration Cloud is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Workday certification in HCM, Financials, or other relevant modules (preferred).
