We are immediately looking for a Training and Talent Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of various training methodologies and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups within the credit union.The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting, hiring, and developing talent to support the credit union’s mission and goals.
Responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process and designing, implementing, and delivering effective training programs to enhance employee skills, engagement, and retention.
We are searching for someone who will:
- Develop and assess credit union training needs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance,
- Deliver and design trainings programs for new hires and existing employees,
- Prepare or coordinate development of procedural manuals used in conjunction with training needs,
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract talent for various roles within the credit union,
- Source, screen, and interview candidates,
