What are the responsibilities and job description for the Surveillance Supervisor position at MPTN Government?
Under the supervision of the Surveillance Shift Manager, the incumbent supervises the assigned daily shift operations of the Surveillance monitor room. High school diploma or general education (GED) required. Must have one (1) year of Casino Surveillance experience required. Knowledge of casino games, slot machines, cage operations, count room operations, internal controls, casino regulations and surveillance training. Knowledge of Surveillance administrative requirements. Must have the ability to count cards. Must successfully complete a six (6) month probationary period in the position of Surveillance Shift Supervisor. Position requires routine sitting for extended period of time and fine motor hand / wrist movements, accurate hearing, and close vision. Surveillance monitor room personnel are considered essential personnel. Their work schedules will cover the activities of the casino 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including holidays) and regardless of inclement weather. May be required to work more than 40 hours per week.
