MPulse Software is looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Manager who will develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing efforts across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, Google Ads, social media, and email marketing. This role requires a data-driven approach and proficiency in digital marketing tools. Success is measured in conversion and lead generation metrics.
This position is remote, with a preference for San Antonio, Corpus Christi, or surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives, primarily lead generation.
• Build and optimize website content and structure for improved SEO and conversions.
• Diagnose and optimize website performance metrics.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads PPC campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create engaging content for various digital channels.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and automation.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure ROI and optimize strategies.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, social media, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in Hubspot, WordPress, and Elementor.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and SEO analytics tools like Moz or Ahrefs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
