Job Description
JOB FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for ensuring the Site Service Technicians and Field Service Personnel in
his/her region are performing their duties in a complete and efficient manner.
Essential Functions
1. Travels to various project sites and provides assistance in maintaining MPW Water Purification
Equipment.
2. Reviews the performance tracking of the equipment at the various project sites.
3. Provides additional required labor at the various project sites, including hose and pipe assembly,
chemical drum handling, chemical transfer, filter backwashes, filter media replacement, pump
maintenance, membrane cleaning and replacement, etc.
4. Assists in the calibration of monitoring equipment to test water quality to assure established
standards are being met.
5. Completes PC-based reports summarizing the performance of the Site Service Technicians and
Field Service Technicians in his/her region.
6. Troubleshoots system operational problems and makes corrections when appropriate.
7. Provides an additional interface with customers to assure they are satisfied with job.
8. Follow all safety rules and regulations and ensures all personnel abide by safety guidelines.
9. Assists in proper housekeeping at the project sites.
10. Performs other duties as directed.
Additional Responsibilities
1. Has daily communication with the Site Service Technicians and Field Service Personnel in his/her
region.
2. Attends weekly teleconference with the Engineering Manager.
3. Manages purchasing for his/her region.
4. Manages P&L for his/her region.
5. Process and report customer billing for each jobsite on a monthly basis.
6. TOR score of < 1.
7. Travel as necessary to ensure that all jobsites are operational and able to provide contractual
flow rates to our customers.
Qualifications
1. Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Management, Finance or related experience. Masters
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management or Finance preferred.
2. Valid Drivers License.
3. 2 years of mechanical experience; experience with water purification preferred.
6. CAD experience is a plus.
