Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for enterprise clients, addressing day-to-day needs and inquiries promptly and with strong business ascumen.
- Champion client satisfaction by adhering to and exceeding established service agreements.
- Collaborate closely with management, technology and production teams to deeply understand client needs, providing solutions that go beyond expectations.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of client orders, from data intake to final delivery, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Generate detailed reports to keep clientsand internal stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Proactively track and monitor delivery metrics, ensuring all service levels are achieved.
- Lead client meetings with a focus on accountability and results, maintaining a transparent line of communication.
- Identify and communicate client needs and business opportunities, ensuring responsive adaptation to client feedback.
- Resolve client issues promptly, working in concert with internal teams to uphold client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience:
