Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary contact for enterprise clients, addressing day-to-day needs and inquiries promptly and with strong business ascumen.

- Champion client satisfaction by adhering to and exceeding established service agreements.

- Collaborate closely with management, technology and production teams to deeply understand client needs, providing solutions that go beyond expectations.

- Oversee the full lifecycle of client orders, from data intake to final delivery, ensuring a seamless experience.

- Generate detailed reports to keep clientsand internal stakeholders informed and engaged.

- Proactively track and monitor delivery metrics, ensuring all service levels are achieved.

- Lead client meetings with a focus on accountability and results, maintaining a transparent line of communication.

- Identify and communicate client needs and business opportunities, ensuring responsive adaptation to client feedback.

- Resolve client issues promptly, working in concert with internal teams to uphold client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:

- A strong foundation in client servicing, with a proven ability to manage complex client portfolios with high client satisfaction.

- Demonstrated excellence in working with senior leadership internally and with clients.

- Exceptional organizational skills, with the capability to multitask and manage complex client needs in a fast-paced setting.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of leading discussions and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

- Agility and adaptability, with a readiness to respond to changing client and business demands.
