What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sushi Chef position at Mr. An's Teppan Steak Seafood and Sushi?
Prepare and execute sushi rolls, including nigiri sashimi. Properly preparing/cutting fish to Mr. Ans standards.
Ensuring all recipes are being followed per Mr. Ans requirements. Train and teach all sushi chefs to ensure all standards are being met.
Ensure all items are prepped in sushi so they are ready for dinner service.
Come up with seasonal rolls are weekly specials for our guest.
