Job Overview
Mr. Bail is looking for motivated, athletic individuals to learn the art of fugitive recovery. We are the largest company on this side of the country and are in need of hardworking applicants. This is a demanding job, both physically and mentally. You must be willing to engage physically if necessary, as well as possess strong investigative skills.
Founded by a veteran, we have a very close-knit, family-oriented team that works well together. You will spend long hours with teammates during surveillance and should expect plenty of travel.
To succeed in this position, you must be able to travel on short notice and spend time out of state on a case-by-case basis. You must also be very hardworking—this is not an easy job. You will be expected not only to produce results, but also to uphold the ideals of this company. Early mornings and late nights are to be expected.
You must have a valid driver’s license. You cannot have any felonies. You must be in good health and be able to pass a physical fitness test..
