Key Responsibilities :
- Perform high-quality electrical services, including installation, repair, and maintenance for residential clients, in compliance with safety standards and local codes.
- Conduct electrical inspections and provide recommendations for system improvements, safety, and energy efficiency.
- Provide expert advice on electrical safety, energy-saving solutions, and available services.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
- Maintain detailed job documentation, including service orders, invoices, and customer records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities for services, but the primary focus will be on hands-on electrical work.
