Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: Conduct welcome calls to review project details, verify contract accuracy, schedule installation dates, and set quality expectations.
- Operational Excellence: Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound communications (calls, emails, and chats) with professionalism and efficiency.
- Problem Resolution: Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries about orders, scheduling, billing, and warranties.
- Financial Management: Oversee client balances, process finance plans, handle collections, and apply payments with precision.
- Veteran Support: Assist veterans using VA grants for their remodeling projects, ensuring a seamless and respectful experience.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Communication Expertise: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers, similar to delivering clear mission briefings.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office and data entry systems, with training provided for specific tools.
- Attention to Detail: Sharp focuses on accuracy and completeness, honed through military operations.
- Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and excel in dynamic environments.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Critical thinking to assess situations and implement effective solutions quickly.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with construction contracts or project coordination (akin to operational planning).
- Leadership roles in logistics, operations, or customer service are highly valued.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain seated and work on a computer for extended periods (ideal for those accustomed to desk-based operations).
- Capability to lift up to 15 pounds.
