Game Room Attendant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Game Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean and fun environment. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of game room, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Filling game with tickets, pulling tokens from games, and making sure the token machine is filled.
• Fix any minor issues with games to allow customers to have the best experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and conflict management while interacting with guests.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service skills are preferred
• Strong communication skills, including public speaking abilities for guest interactions.
• Ability to manage conflicts effectively and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Experience working with children is a plus.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
