Dispatcher Inside Sales Concierge

You will be responsible for handling service requests and customer complaints. All while endeavoring to exemplify our code of values of showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. You must be self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. And are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis. Specific Responsibilities : Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous mannerListen, ask questions, determine customer needs and be the solutionReturn customer calls, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issuesClose and book and schedule service calls and dispatch techniciansPerform marketing functions to sell additional work and earn businessPerform administrative functions including data entry, payment processing, and supply inventoryPerform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positionsJob Requirements : Previous customer service and sales experience preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills Computer literate, with working knowledge of social media platforms, CRM / scheduling applications and the MircroSoft suite of applicationsExperience with ServiceTitan CRM a strong plusDetail-oriented with strong data entry skillsTeam player who can work independentlyConstruction experience a strong plusBenefits : Paid holidays and vacations and bonus opportunities.
