Position: Sommelier
The Sommelier will be responsible for overseeing our wine menu and offering recommendations on the best pairings. This role includes supervising wine service, collaborating with winemakers to upgrade selections, and providing wine recommendations to guests. The Sommelier will report to the Head Sommelier.

Position: Sommelier
The Sommelier will be responsible for overseeing our wine menu and offering recommendations on the best pairings. This role includes supervising wine service, collaborating with winemakers to upgrade selections, and providing wine recommendations to guests. The Sommelier will report to the Head Sommelier.
Responsibilities
- Create and update wine lists with the chefs and manager.
- Make recommendations on food and wine pairings.
- Ensure that the wine cellar is fully stocked.
- Inform guests about the variety of wines available.
- Train wait staff on available wines.
- Negotiate prices with vendors.
- Organize wine tasting events.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
- Certification as a sommelier or a degree in hospitality is beneficial.
- Previous experience as a sommelier, wine steward, or in a hospitality role.
- Extensive knowledge of wines and wine regions.
- Knowledge of local vineyards and wineries.
- Understanding of the winemaking process.
- Availability to work long hours and weekends.
- A WSET qualification is desirable but not essential.
