Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Interacting with customers via phone, text, email, and in store communication from start to finish of the repair process
- Posses in depth knowledge of Japanese Powersports Products and Polaris ORV’s by engaging in Manufacture and on-site training.
- Work in tandem with other members of the service staff to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and organization within the department with the ability to handle customer complaints.
- Greet all customers with a professional and happy demeanor.
- Follow and Engage in a structured sales process to benefit both the customer and the business
- Ability to multitask and maintain organization among growing workloads
- Exceptional phone skills. This position requires lots of time making and receiving calls from customers
- Preferred Qualifications
- Motorcycle, ATV, and SxS background
- Powersports enthusiast
- Motorcycle endorsement
- Clean driving and criminal history background
- A basic technical understanding of Powersports products
- Previous Service Advisor/Writer experience in Powersports/Automotive/RV industries are a major plus
