- Assist the Chief Estimator in securing new projects.
- Develop master budgets and cost models across all Construction / CSI Divisions.
- Provide hard bid and conceptual estimates for projects.
- Independently estimate change orders and ensure timely communication with the Chief Estimator.
- Maintain and enhance cost databases to improve estimating accuracy.
- Conduct value engineering and constructability reviews.
