- Assist with cash handling processes when necessary, ensuring accuracy in transactions.

- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
- Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide informed assistance.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, particularly in a call center environment.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computerized systems is essential.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
