Job Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will drive HR strategies to enhance talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact by partnering with leadership to shape company culture and improve employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- 40% of the time will be spent on business and HR strategy, collaborating with leadership on workforce and succession planning, aligning talent strategies, developing and refining HR processes, and providing guidance on compensation, benefits, and talent acquisition.
- 30% of the time will focus on employee engagement and culture, including initiatives to enhance employee experiences and promote a positive work environment.
- 15% of the time will involve employee relations, performance management, discipline, and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Generalist working across multiple leadership levels.
- Able to build trust and provide strategic HR guidance at all levels of an organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- High level of integrity and professionalism, especially in handling confidential matters.
- Excellent project management, time management, and communication skills.
