About The Position

Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and test samples of products and raw materials according to procedures
- Identify and resolve non-standard results, coordinating with supervisors and engineers
- Ensure equipment is clean, calibrated, and in good working condition
- Support instrument validation, calibration activities, and maintain records
- Document test results clearly using SEA LIMS and MS365 applications
- Create labels for materials and samples, ensuring proper identification and hazardous communication
- Participate in APQP projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lab environment to uphold hygiene and safety standards
- Associate's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field, with 2 years of lab experience or equivalent education.
- Strong technical aptitude, math and reading skills, and proficiency in Microsoft software products
- Requires standing for extended periods and handling physical tasks (lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing/pulling carts up to 1,200 pounds)
- Requires specific vision abilities, including close vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Exposure to environmental factors like fumes, airborne particles, mechanical parts, vibration, and loud noise levels
