We are seeking an experienced PM to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of paving projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
- Utilize construction management software for project scheduling and budgeting.
- Supervise on-site teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Review blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution and quality control.
- Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to manage contracts and project timelines efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management and project scheduling
- Proficiency in OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Experience in supervising construction sites and teams
- Knowledge of quality control processes and construction estimating techniques

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
