Seeking a highly motivated CAD Drafter / Designer / Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in site development and land design projects and will support our engineering team by preparing high-quality civil design drawings using AutoCAD .
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed site development and drawings utilizing AutoCAD .
- Assist in the development of grading, drainage, and utility plans.
- Work collaboratively with engineers to ensure accuracy and efficiency in project designs.
- Prepare conceptual and detailed drawings for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
- Revise plans based on feedback from engineers, project managers, and clients.
- Conduct site research and collect data to support design and planning.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain project documentation and version control of drawings.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in site development and land design.
- Understanding of stormwater management, grading, and utility design.
- Ability to interpret engineering plans, specifications, and survey data.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with permitting and regulatory compliance.

- Knowledge of stormwater modeling software is a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
