What are the responsibilities and job description for the CIVIL 3D LAND DEVELOPMENT DRAFTER/ CAD DESIGNER position at CROCKER DESIGN GROUP, LLC?
Crocker Design Group is excited to offer a full-time position for an experienced AutoCAD Civil 3D Land Development Designer! The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the preparation of Site Development Plans Sets including:
- 2D site concept layout plans
- Color rendered concept plans
- Layouts for roadways, driveways, parking lots, sidewalks, landscape areas and site amenities.
- Grading and Drainage Plans including the use of Civil 3Dtools for corridors, 3D surfaces and pipe networks
- Utility Plans
- Plan and Profiles
- Site Construction Details
- Cut/Fill Analysis
The ideal candidate:
- 6 years of experience utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D for design of Land Development projects
- Carlson Survey Software background is a plus
- Self driven, self motivated, hard working and enthusiastic
- Experienced in collaborating with a team successfully on projects through Microsoft Teams
